After paying you land on your private order page. Zip these two folders and upload them there. They're encrypted before they leave your PC:
On your PC, press Win + R, paste each path, press Enter:

Zip the Logs folder, and Crashes if it exists.
Folder 2
%LOCALAPPDATA%\CrashDumps
Zip the whole CrashDumps folder.
Send us both zips. If a folder is missing or empty, that's fine. Just tell us.

Is it safe to send my logs?

Your files are encrypted in your browser before they upload. Only our analysis server can open them, and they're deleted as soon as your report is ready. We never need your Steam or PUBG password or remote access.

Who analyzes my files?
